HI! I'm Ian, and I'm happy to be in a business that resides in the industry of personal development. Especially a business, like this one, that offers freedom, flexibility, portability, and unlimited earning potential.
I'm South Australian country born and bred. I spent my first 27 years of life on the family farm, so I'm not afraid of hard work. I was milking the house cow, by hand, in the mornings before I caught the bus to primary school. When I was 5 or 6, I was driving the farm ute, while Dad was feeding out grain for the sheep.
So, I'm looking for motivated men and women to join me in this business, and create their own level of freedom, flexibility and financial independence.

What brought me here?
In the past I have been an employee, a business owner, and a franchise owner. I enjoyed being my own boss, and the freedoms that came with that. I also enjoyed working with my employees, and training them, and encouraging them to be the best people they could be. To watch high school kids, that worked for me after school, thrive and grow in a retail environment dealing with customers was amazing! So much satisfaction seeing them gain so much confidence dealing with people.
The last few years I was working in the grain harvest sector. I was running grain silos one season at Darke Peak. So many casual harvest employees were overseas back packers and grey nomads. I looked at their lifestyles and envied their ability to travel. But where could I find a portable business that I could take anywhere?
I have known my mentor, Tricia, for a few years now, and when I saw the success she was having, and the lifestyle she had for herself, it didn't take long to convince me that this was the business I was looking for! And when I sampled some of the personal development products, and saw how the business model worked, I was all in!
I had tried a couple of MLM enterprises, as side hustles, but they were dead ends, with very little to made from them. But this business model is tried and tested, and I can't wait to see where you and I will be in 12 months, representing award winning personal development products, in a global economy!

15 yrs in Multi Level Marketing ended in me being disillusioned with the ratio of payback to time invested. I returned to a waged job but felt unfulfilled and hated the restrictions of set hours and being on a limited wage. I'm very grateful to have found this opportunity.
